Com os anos, constru\u00e7\u00f5es antigas acabam perdendo a sua funcionalidade e necessitam de certas mudan\u00e7as, muitas vezes para atender \u00e0s demandas t\u00e9cnicas e de normatiza\u00e7\u00f5es de cada regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uma tend\u00eancia, conhecida como <em>retrofit<\/em>, aparece como alternativa para a revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de constru\u00e7\u00f5es antigas ou hist\u00f3ricas, levando aos pr\u00e9dios novas &#8220;roupagens&#8221;, tecnologias, design sustent\u00e1vel e muitos outros benef\u00edcios.
